goEBT App - Void Transaction

A Void transaction is a transaction that is canceled before it settles through a cardholder's EBT card account. When a transaction is voided, it may appear as a pending transaction on the customer's account for a short period of time, while the process is being completed.  

To perform a Void, start from the Main Menu and select Void Last Transaction.

After the void is complete, the screen will display a green check mark next to the word VOIDED.

A receipt may be printed to give to the customer by selecting Print Customer Copy.
