Steps to Conference/Transfer a call with the merchant to Base Camp:

  • Make a call to the customer
  • Place merchant on hold

  1. Hit the consult button

  2.  Select ACD BaseCamp from the drop down and the select dial.
  3. Once the agent answers, hit the conference button to connect the call.
  4. Once the Base camp agent confirms that you are no longer needed on the call – Select transfer.
