Terminal - Key Pad Doesn't Work

If the buttons on the Terminal's Key Pad aren't working properly, try the following:

  • Check the display panel. If it displays the wrong character, or nothing at all when pressing a key, follow the steps outlined in Terminal Display Troubleshooting Guide.

  • Try to Verify Data

    • If pressing a function key does not perform the expected action, be sure the data is entered correctly.

  • Submit a Ticket
    • If the problem persists, submit a support ticket.

      Complete all required fields and under the My question/issue is section, select My goEBT equipment is broken/malfunctioning. A Support Representative will reach out.
