goEBT App - Reporting

The goEBT app has two types of reports at either the Clerk or Terminal level.

  • Batch (Settlement) Report: A report to view approved transaction activity. Data updates with data from the prior day at approximately 7 am EST.  In most cases, transactions approved by 7pm EST are funded the next business day.

    Batch Report (or Settlement Report) is available once per day for prior day activity that will be funded based on the 7 p.m. EST cut off time.

    Enter the desired Settlement Date and select Next to print a report!

  • Daily Report: A report to view and print activity report based on retailers local day (12:00 am until 11:59 pm) The report may be viewed at anytime during a given day, displaying all transactions until that time. Daily reporting data remains available in the terminal for 10 calendar days.

    The Daily Report displays transaction activity for the local day (12:00 a.m. until 11:59 p.m.) for the time zone in which the payment terminal is located.

    The Daily Report may be viewed at anytime during a given day, displaying all transactions until that time. 
    Select the [+] for additional options including to print.

    Payment terminal device time is determined by the devices connection to the Internet.

    Data is available in the payment terminal for 10 calendar days.    

All EBT transactions settle at 7 p.m. EST

In some cases, EBT cards issued in another state may experience a delay in funding.
